Oyoomii is operated by an independent individual developer using the public name koronto. Contact: 19koronto94@gmail.com. These terms explain the conditions for using our site and games. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you cannot agree independently under applicable law, ask a parent or guardian to review these terms and assist you.
1. The service
Oyoomii offers browser games for personal entertainment without a required player account or payment. Game Ideas and Playgrounds may describe concepts or experiments, not promises of future releases. In-game scores, collectibles and rewards have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money through this site.
2. Fair and safe use
Play using the controls and features provided. Do not attack or disrupt the service, bypass access or security controls, introduce malicious code, use automation that disrupts others' access, or use the site unlawfully. Do not impersonate the operator or send abusive or unlawful material to our contact channel. Any restrictions we impose must be consistent with applicable law.
3. Saves and availability
Some games save progress in your browser, not a cloud backup. Clearing site data, ending private browsing, browser cleanup or game-format changes may cause data loss. We cannot recover data stored only on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
We may update, maintain, replace or discontinue games and features. We aim to keep the site usable but do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or preservation of every save. We will provide notice of material changes where reasonably practical or required by law.
4. Content rights
Playing does not transfer ownership of branding, code, artwork, audio or other content. Rights belong to the developer or relevant rights holders. Separately licensed material retains its own license; these terms do not remove rights granted by that license or by law. 5. Advertising and external services
Real advertisements are not currently enabled. If introduced, ads will be identified and relevant privacy information and controls provided. Optional rewarded offers will explain the reward and conditions before a player chooses them. We do not guarantee that an ad or reward offer will always be available.
External services have their own terms. We do not operate them or guarantee their content. An email link uses your own email application or provider.
6. Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it is error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other conduct where exclusion is prohibited.
Contact us with details of a problem so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not remove your right to seek help from a competent authority or court, or protections applicable in your jurisdiction. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or a foreign court through these terms.
