This policy covers oyoomii.com, operated by the independent individual developer publicly known as koronto. Contact: 19koronto94@gmail.com.
1. What the site currently does
You can play without an account. We do not currently offer player accounts, cloud saves, public chat, online purchases or a contact form. Our own behavioral analytics and advertising integrations are disabled. Visiting still creates technical requests to our hosting provider; your browser may store game progress, and we receive information you email to us.
2. Game saves and browser storage
Browser local storage remembers language and appearance preferences. Games may also store progress, completed levels, scores, tutorial status and sound settings. Our game code does not upload these local saves to an account or analytics service, and they do not automatically synchronize between devices.
Saves normally remain until you clear site data, use an available game reset, or your browser removes them. Delete Oyoomii site data through your browser settings to remove them. This may permanently reset progress and preferences. Blocking storage or using private browsing may prevent saving; we cannot recover a save stored only on your device.
3. Hosting and technical data
Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers the site. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, browser and device details, requested URLs and timestamps to deliver content, maintain reliability and prevent abuse. These hosting and security records are distinct from in-game analytics. Security-related cookies may be used when its protections require them.
Cloudflare operates internationally, so technical data may be processed outside your country. See its Privacy Policy for provider practices and applicable retention arrangements. Clearing browser storage does not erase provider-side records.
4. Email you send us
We receive your email address and any name, message or attachment you include. We use these to respond, investigate support or rights requests, and prevent abuse. Our mailbox uses Gmail; Google handles email as a provider under its Privacy Policy, and processing may occur internationally. Send only information needed for your request.
We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle requests, retain necessary related records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion, subject to records we must legally retain. We do not sell support correspondence or use it for unsolicited marketing.
5. Advertising and cookies
Google advertising scripts and advertising cookies through our game integrations are not currently enabled. The AdSense account-verification meta tag in page source identifies the publisher account; it does not itself load an advertisement or tracking script. Verification or review does not mean advertising is enabled or approved.
If Google advertising is introduced, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow it and its partners to personalize ads using those visits. You can manage Google's personalization choices at My Ad Center and read its advertising technology explanation.
Before activating ads, we will update this policy for the actual services and implement required consent controls. Where consent is required, optional advertising storage and personalization will depend on that choice. There is no active ad-consent panel on the current ad-free site. The Google links above do not enable ads here.
6. Purposes and your choices
Information is used for site delivery, security and handling your messages. Where a legal basis is required, it may be providing the requested service or responding to your request, legitimate interests in maintaining a safe service where permitted, legal obligations, or consent where required. Visiting this policy does not constitute consent to future personalized ads.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent data-protection authority. Email 19koronto94@gmail.com. We will handle requests as required by applicable law and may ask for proportionate verification. Do not send identity documents unless specifically needed through an appropriate process. Local game saves are managed in your browser, not in a server-side account.
7. Younger players
Parents and guardians should supervise children's online activity and help them understand storage and external links. We do not ask players for an age or personal profile to play. Children should not email personal information without a parent or guardian's help. If you believe a child sent information that should be removed, contact us so we can review and address it under applicable law.
8. Security and updates
We use HTTPS, but no online or email service is completely secure. Information may be handled by the providers described above and disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address security incidents or protect rights. External sites have their own privacy practices.
We will update this page and its date when practices change. Material changes will be explained on the site, with additional notice or consent where required. Questions can be sent through the email on our contact page.
